Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the VoxWallet mobile application and related services. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, downloading, or using VoxWallet, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not install or use the application.
2. Description of Service
VoxWallet is a personal finance app designed for tracking wallets, income, expenses, categories, subscriptions, and generating financial insights. The app is available on Android and iOS platforms.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum digital consent age in your country/region) to use VoxWallet. By using the app, you warrant that you meet this requirement and possess the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
4. Accounts and Security
- Account Creation: You agree to provide accurate and complete info if you register an account.
- Credentials: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
- Responsibility: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- Notification: You must immediately report any security breach or unauthorized use to us.
5. Payments and Subscriptions
- Processed securely via Apple App Store & Google Play Billing systems.
- We do not store or collect credit/debit card numbers on our servers.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Manage or cancel subscriptions anytime via store settings.
6. Acceptable Use & Restrictions
- Track personal finance and budgets.
- Manage transactions, categories, and bills.
- Use voice transactions for manual inputs.
- Reverse engineering or copying app features.
- Using scrapers, crawlers, or automation bots.
- Attempting to compromise app security.
7. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to VoxWallet (excluding user-generated budget categories or names), including logos, UI designs, code, illustrations, graphics, and features, are and will remain the exclusive property of VoxWallet and its licensors.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
VoxWallet is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will always be secure, error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will accurately track your finances without human entry errors.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoxWallet and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, savings, or other intangible losses resulting from your use or inability to use the app.
10. Account Deletion and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the app at our sole discretion, without notice, if you breach these Terms. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time as detailed below.
- Send an email to support@voxwallet.uz with subject: VoxWallet Account Deletion Request.
- Include the account email you use in VoxWallet.
You can also delete your local data and transactions from your profile page inside the app by using the Clear All Data option.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
12. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of VoxWallet after changes are published indicates your agreement to the updated terms.
